Full Job Description

As a Research and Insight Manager you will be working on consumer-led projects across different industries, making this role broad and interesting. In your day to day activities you will be working closely with the sales team to identify what research projects they would benefit from, you'll provide the foundation that our sales pitches will be built on, making this role vital to our commercial success.   • Working with sales teams to develop insight lead sales pitches
  • Educate sales teams on how best to apply insights to create compelling sales arguments
  • Liaise with clients to negotiate and agree on research projects
  • Take ownership of key research projects, managing them from start to finish
  • Write, script and interpret online questionnaires.
  • Prepare briefs and commission research projects
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions
  • Write detailed reports and present results both internally and externally
  • Develop new and interesting ways to communicate research findings

    You'll be a naturally curious person, confident in presenting to external partners or clients. You'll also have a deep understanding of the media sales process and how research and insight fits in.
  • The team is a mixed bag of personalities, but all share a common commercial savviness and passion for first-class research. You will have experience working with media-specific projects as well as;
  • The Ability to develop commercially minded, insight-led sales pitches.
  • Experience with key industry tools including: TGi, Touchpoints and AdIntel
  • The ability to interpret raw research findings into actionable commercial insights.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • A passion for understanding consumer behaviour
