Full Job Description

Reporting to the Global Insights Director, you'll be responsible for daily management, delivery and promotion of Future's proprietary in-house insight platform and end-to-end delivery of survey-led insight initiatives, including working with stakeholders on brief, questionnaire design and scripting, sample creation, survey activation, and ultimate delivery. This includes 3rd party supplier liaison and management You'll also be responsible for daily management, delivery, and promotion of Future's advertising effectiveness solutions, delivery of ad effectiveness studies, and contribute to the entire cycle of flagship Future Insight research projects.

  • Experience in a research role, with direct knowledge and track record in questionnaire design, scripting, sampling, fieldwork, data analysis, insight storytelling/narrative creation and presentation of results
  • Experience in using an online research platform/software. For example; Question Pro, Toluna Start, Qualtrics, Sight X, or similar
  • Line management or supervisory responsibility for research/insight executive(s), assistant(s) or similar
  • Experience managing full life cycle of research projects from start to finish (from brief/conception through to ultimate delivery)
