Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Recruitment Facilitator to join our team at the Research and Development department (R&D) at the Warneford site. Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is a research-active Trust undertaking studies ranging from small educational projects through to very complex and intensive Clinical Trials of Investigational Medicinal Products (CTIMPS) across a variety of disciplines from dementia, mental health, community health, children and young people services., You will work closely with the Count Me in project and Research delivery team leads within R&D and be responsible for patient engagement and recruitment of studies across the trust. This will involve the recruitment, education, and monitoring of the program and research studies, including the collection and documentation of confidential data. You will work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team in the management of your own caseload. The role involves using an in-depth knowledge of research protocols and their application in practice, alongside a working knowledge and compliance with the local, national and international research regulations. As a research recruitment facilitator, you will be proactive in-patient record management, maintaining quality around research. The post will include data responsibilities, including running reports and audits.
