Full Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Researcher/Writer to join our Product Testing team in our London office. This role will have responsibility for overseeing an international test of cold appliances (fridge, freezers and fridge-freezers) and turning the resulting data into highly engaging reviews and advice for publication on which.co.uk and in our print magazines.,
- Excellent project management and delivery skills, that enable you to run multiple projects at the same time, while hitting your deadlines and sticking to agreed budgets.
- Understanding different research techniques and using your experience to help you to plan/commission research that will tell consumers what they need to know.
- Interpreting and working with complex large data sets in Excel and Google docs.
- Excellent writing skills and a talent for turning complex information into clear, accessible language that's enjoyable to read.
- Using SEOkeyword research and analytics to help revise and update your content. About you: This unique role requires someone who can hit the ground running when it comes to organising top quality research; getting to grips with complex results and turning these into engaging content. You'll use your flair for research to design and commission robust research projects with external laboratories for a range of consumer products and may, at times, perform your own hands-on assessments. This means that you'll need to be switched on and will really understand what consumers want to know - you'll deliver the research that tells people what they need to know and truly affects what they buy. Your eye for a great story will mean you can quickly absorb technical data and identify exactly what matters to consumers. Using your exceptional writing skills, you'll deliver content for our flagship magazine, Which?, and our website which.co.uk, including features, product reviews and news stories and, importantly, regularly keep your online content reviewed, curated and up to date, using all your SEO, keyword and analytics skills to help monitor success and highlight gaps or identify trends to inform your research and content. You'll also get the chance to create a range of related website content, including photo galleries, graphics and videos.

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (requirement to work in the London office every Tuesday and x1 Thursday once a month), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.
