Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reservationist to join our team and assist with managing reservations for our hotel. The Reservationist will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails from customers, processing reservations, and providing excellent customer service.,

  • Answering phone calls and emails from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Processing reservations using the hotel's reservation management system.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Liaising with other departments, such as housekeeping and the front desk, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations are maintained.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Upselling hotel services and amenities to customers.
  • Preparing reports on reservations and revenue as required.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A good understanding of reservation management systems.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
