Reservations Agent - London

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Reservations Assistant on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave to join our dynamic team at The Soho Hotel. As part of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of inspirational. Firmdale Hotels is renowned for its unique design, award-winning hospitality, and commitment to excellence. With a collection of boutique hotels in London and New York, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests through personalised service and luxurious accommodations. Please note this role is 3 days per week (Monday - Sunday); total of 24 hours.,

• Handling guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all details are meticulously recorded.
• Engaging with guests via phone and email, addressing inquiries, and providing information about room rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
• Confidently recommending suitable room options, special rates, and packages to meet guests' preferences and needs.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
