Reservations Agent (Maternity Cover) - London

• rated property, is currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent (on a one-year maternity contract) to join our Reservations team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
In the role of Reservations Agent, your key focus will be to:
• answer all incoming Reservation enquiries, to the agreed departmental standard, and wherever possible to convert them to bookings
• input reservations into the OPERA system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete in line with the agreed departmental standard.
• ensure all system traces are actioned on a daily basis
• ensure all 'no-shows' from the previous night are followed up and charged accordingly
• perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing as and when required, The office is open 7 days per week, 8am - 8pm. You will work on a rotating basis, 5 shifts out of 7, 8.5 hours per shift.
