Full Job Description

As the Reservations Co-ordinator, your duties will involve taking bookings for residential accommodation, teaching rooms and catering services, as well as inputting data on bookings system (CABS). You will also be required to provide cover for reception and other colleagues. This role will be based within our Residential Centre, which offers accommodation, catering and conference facilities to students, academics and external clients., This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the development and co-ordination of our conference bookings.

You will need to have a cheerful and courteous personality and be well-presented and organised. Furthermore, you will have good word processing skills, flexibility and initiative. Hospitality, reception or reservations experience will be a significant advantage for applicants applying for this post, although not essential.

    This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract position to provide maternity cover, working five days out of seven, with one duty management weekend every four weeks. Weekend hours may vary.
