Full Job Description

As a Reservations Coordinator you will provide the highest possible standard of service for members and guests in fulfilling their bedroom or restaurant reservations requirements. Communicating with members via email correspondence and telephone enquiries.,

  • Answering the telephone promptly and professionally to provide a 5 star experience
  • Deliver a positive Member experience, always going the extra mile
  • Communicate with various departments informing them of any special requirements
  • To be knowledgeable of all restaurants in both clubhouses

    Previous experience of working in a similar environment
  • Good understanding of Opera and Fidelio Systems
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Team player
  • High level of organisation and flexibility
