Resettlement and Inclusion Officer

The Private Housing Service is committed to ensuring refugees have access to safe, secure and suitable housing.
We work closely with the Home Office, NHS, support agencies, charities and refugee contract providers to facilitate the smooth transition of refugees into the community. Our goal is to empower refugees by providing them with the resources and support needed to establish stables lives.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Integration & Resettlement Officer to join our Private Housing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for face-to-face casework, developing and implementing individualized support plans, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also organize and facilitate drop-in sessions, assist refugees in settling into their new homes, including setting up utilities, accessing healthcare and benefits, and enrolling children in local schools. The ability to speak Arabic or Pashto/Dari would be an asset in this role.
