Resident Experience Officer

FGCH has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Resident Experience Team, as we are seeking a Resident Experience Officer in a new role that will be key in resolving resident complaints, as well as administering and evidencing the complaints processes.

A strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders is essential, as well as proven ability to liaise with residents, Board members and key staff members to achieve results. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Housing Ombudsman complaint code is fully adhered to and evidenced.

The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Housing Associations, a wide understanding of the social housing sector in general, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
