Full Job Description

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for exceptional customer service? My client, a leading build-to-rent operator, is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a high standard of service across their residential buildings., As a Resident Services Supervisor, you ll support the Resident Services Manager in managing front desk operations, facilities, and maintenance while leading a team of Resident Services Assistants. You ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless resident experience and maintaining smooth building operations.,

  • Maintain exemplary Health & Safety standards and encourage a positive culture around safety.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and liaise with contractors.
  • Lead by example in providing top-tier customer service, resolving resident issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and associated administration, ensuring all processes are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage team training, development, and daily operations to promote a positive and effective work environment.
  • Ensure the security of the building, including managing fob access, parcel deliveries, and CCTV monitoring.
  • Support resident events and initiatives to foster a sense of community within the building.

    This role is perfect for someone with team management experience, a background in building management or senior concierge roles, and a proactive, customer-first approach., At least 2 years of team management experience, preferably in the build-to-rent sector or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, plant machinery, and facilities management.
  • Organised, proactive, and flexible with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A can-do attitude with a goal-focused mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills., Must be able to reach the principal place of work within one hour for emergency on-call situations (shared with the RSM).
  • Flexibility to provide rota cover across the portfolio when needed.
