Full Job Description

Estates and Facilities team are currently for a recruiting for a Residential Accommodation Officer, to support our Accommodation Team.This role is a permanent role the post, reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the post holder's is responsible for ensuring that the support services are delivered to meet the requirements of Stakeholders meeting all respective legal requirements, including financial procedures.

The role of the post holder is to ensure that the accommodation meets the standards of the users as specified by the Trust. This includes being the day to day link between the Trust, users and service providers, including the maintenance team., To provide and carry out an extensive range of administrative, financial, office duties and general maintenance support ensuring the smooth day to day running of the residential accommodation services provided for Trust staff Trust wide. The post will require the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines as required. The accommodation office provides a frontline service to Trust staff, both in person, on the telephone and via email. The role requires a professional and courteous manner at all times incorporating the Trust PROUD values. This is a varied role requiring good organizational skills and tact when dealing with people and situations which may arise.
