Residential Cleaner

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Residential Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness within a Key Worker residence. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Hillingdon, West London. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. The role will involve cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, kitchen cleaning and waste management. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. • Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as kitchens, corridors, lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and grass areas
• Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Deep cleaning every quarter

• Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
