Full Job Description

  • Assist solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant parties (e.g., clients, estate agents, and lenders).
  • Manage client files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
  • Provide updates to clients and respond to their queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks related to conveyancing.

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm located in Central London.   • A relevant qualification, such as a CILEx Level 3 or 4, or equivalent experience.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
