- Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts and leases.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm requirements while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of excellent client care throughout the process.
