  • Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.

  • Provide expert legal advice on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts and leases.

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm requirements while maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of excellent client care throughout the process.
