Full Job Description

Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Sevenoaks, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their busy and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity, within a supportive and client-focused environment.,

  • Manage a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Conduct legal research and provide expert advice to clients on residential property matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other relevant legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure the smooth progress of transactions.
  • Handle the exchange and completion process, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, delivering high standards of service and managing expectations effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in residential conveyancing.

    Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
  • Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and IT software relevant to conveyancing.
