Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager looking for a new opportunity? The Crown Estate, a unique and prestigious property business, is seeking a dedicated professional to expertly manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Central London.,

  • Customer Management: Handle a mix of tenancy types, ensuring exceptional living experiences for our resident customers during the contract period.

  • Financial Management: Collaborate with our credit control team to ensure prompt rent payments and handle end-of-tenancy matters.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to assess property condition and identify maintenance needs.

  • Project Management: Lead small-scale projects aimed at maximizing property yield within the contract duration.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our block management and facilities management teams to keep resident customers informed and maintain shared facilities., Project Leadership: Leading small-scale property projects and collaborating on larger-scale initiatives.

  • Collaboration with Block Management: Working closely with the block management team.

  • Facilities Coordination: Coordinating with the facilities management team to maintain shared amenities.

  • Solid background in managing residential properties.

  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness.

  • ARLA qualification (advantageous).

  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) software (beneficial).

  • Property Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections during void periods and regular tenancy checks.
