Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Enfield, is seeking a talented Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their experienced team.   • Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Provide expert legal advice on sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure efficient and timely transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements, maintaining a high standard of professional service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.

    Qualification: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential or commercial conveyancing.
  • Experience: Proven track record of handling conveyancing transactions independently.
