A highly regarded firm in London are looking for a new face to join its fantastic team and contribute to its culture and values. As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will deal with a diversified workload where one of the main goals is to support the growth and development of the firm. The Residential Property Solicitor will:

• Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion
• Liaising with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
• Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction
• Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents
• Undertake a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
• Offer exceptional service and expertise to match the firm s high standards
• Be an integral and supportive member of the property department as a whole
• Provide support to other members of the team
• Draft and prepare various real estate documents
• Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be required
• Complete MI procedures as and when required
• Achieve set financial and chargeable targets, In return, the Residential Property Solicitor will work for a high-quality, highly respected firm with vastly experienced peers.

• Have experience undertaking a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
• Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care

• Good decision-making skills
