We are a supportive and established team who really do make a difference to the lives of young people in Worcestershire. Worcestershire Children First recognises the importance of supporting, training and developing the staff who deliver services for children and young people., As a Residential Support Worker you will be ambitious for young people, in helping them to achieve their goals and optimise their potential. You will work directly with children and young people, building effective relationship with them and their families and other professionals.

Have you got experience in working with children or young people with disabilities, with a passion and motivation for doing to great job? If so, we would love you to join us as one of residential support workers.
