Resilience, empathy and a caring attitude are essential qualities needed to provide unwavering support during tough times. Your role will involve ensuring the well-being of our children remains paramount through the delivery of person-centred care, guidance and advocacy, guaranteeing their safety, health and potential are always at the forefront. Working closely with partner agencies including health, education, and social care partners, as well as the young people's families, we'll provide high-quality support using a trauma-informed approach. These relationships will enable our young people to do all of the things they enjoy. We pride ourselves in providing a homely welcoming and fun environment in which young people feel safe and free to gain a sense of their own self. How you'll help to create brighter futures
