Residential Support Worker

• NEW positions available in New Milton working for an award-winning care provider, providing care and support for adults with a learning disability and associated needs in a residential setting.
  
  We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and creative people with a good sense of humour to support clients who are both energetic and inspirational!
No two days are the same, where there are all sorts of fun activities and outings happening all the time - helping achieve key goals and aspirations such as swimming, cycling and running, baking or arts and crafts! You should have some experience of working with people with learning disabilities and Autism and understand that Clients sometimes communicate through behaviours, so demonstrating proactive and positive approaches is essential. Applicants should be a driver with own vehicle, as a lot of the role involves taking clients out and about during the day.
