Residential Support Worker - The Coach House

You will work as part of a team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for young people in care. This includes working to maintain or improve the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of a young person, alongside the possibility of preparing a young person for independence.

As part of this role:

• You will make specific contributions to the formation and implementation of care/placement for young people.


• Work in partnership with families and carers of children, Social Workers, and other outside agencies, as required.


• Participate in the admission process, case conferences, and reviews, producing reports on individual children, and young people's development, and progress.
