Full Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity within CANW for a Residential Team Manager for our upcoming Residential Children's Home. At this exciting point in growth for our charity, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction and management of the 3-bedroom residential home and ensure that the service is compliant with the Children's Homes Regulations.

The role also involves the supervision and mentoring of staff, organisation of work patterns, managing a team in a therapeutic environment and accessing of appropriate services to enhance the life chances of young people.
