ResLife Manager

You'll provide leadership and management of the pastoral care offer for students in university accommodation, contributing to external audits and ensuring the accommodation meets all relevant health and safety requirements. You will have a background in customer service with experience of student accommodation and budgetary oversight.

Qualified to degree level or equivalent, you'll have demonstrable experience of providing leadership and management in a complex and fast paced environment. Your experience of managing student concerns through to resolution, together with your ability to build positive and highly effective working relationships quickly at all levels across the University, and with students, will ensure that you can achieve with impact.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, flexible and committed leader to join us as our ResLife Manager, overseeing the daily operation of university residences, supporting our students to thrive and leading our team of ResLife Assistants. The ResLife Manager is a key stakeholder in the University's Student Village development, providing the post holder with an exciting opportunity to shape the future of residences at the University of Staffordshire.
