Full Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in providing essential administrative support to the Macmillan Support Line and the broader Direct Services division.Your responsibilities will include managing a variety of administrative tasks, such as distributing internal and external mail, processing invoices, and monitoring emails.

You'll also help facilitate callbacks and referrals through our CRM system, ensuring that people living with cancer receive the vital support they need, when they need it.

As a valued member of the resource and planning team, your organisation and communication skills will be essential and will directly contribute to the efficiency of our support line service that makes a significant difference to people living with cancer.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
1.Experienced administrator within an office environment, use to undertaking a wide range of administrative duties
2.Sound customer service and communication skills in order to support both internal teams and external stakeholders.
3.Experienced in planning and prioritising work in order to meet deadlines.
4.Good attention to detail to ensure documentation and data is accurately captured and processed.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly word, excel and PowerPoint.
