Full Job Description
The Resource Co-ordinator will be responsible for the planning and time management of the locality teams across Community Rehab. Including ensuring the Lone Working policy is followed and conducting safe and well checks. You will be responsible in support of key workers to respond to changes and challenges to the time management of the team and contribute to the collaborative planning and review of recovery goals with service users and team members. You will continue to work with service users as a Resource Co-ordinator and support colleagues in this role.Working for our organisation CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries. - Experience of working within a Mental Health community setting, rehab setting or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Equivalent
- Recent relevant experience of working to support and integrate people with mental health issues towards recovery., Understanding of and commitment to principles of the Community Rehabilitation and Recovery Models
- Experience of producing and leading teaching and learning in presentational sessions/in groups
- Working knowledge of software programmes e.g. Microsoft office applications including Excel, Experience of working with clients in Recovery from serious Mental Health issues
