Full Job Description

Arrange and co-ordinate the provision of resources to support the delivery of a fully functional maintenance plan.

About the role (External)

Your Main Responsibilities will be to:

1. Arrange all necessary resources within appropriate lead times to support delivery of all work schedules and programmes.

2. Arrange and coordinate the hire and transportation of road rail vehicles for the delivery unit and where necessary between delivery units.

3. Provide resource schedules to support the development of Annual and Quarterly Plans.

4. Coordinate and optimise all resources for efficient maintenance delivery.

5. Manage the transportation of plant and materials to sites of work.

6. Manage the effective resourcing of plan changes and emergency works.

7. Manage the Engineering Train haulage process.

8. Submit highways access requests to the Integrated Planning Group.

9. Collate and submit accurate resource forecasts as required., Diversity and inclusion are more than just buzz words for us.
