You will carry this out in accordance with BBC Terms and Conditions and HR Policies, liaising closely with the Media Operations management team, the teams you schedule and the wider scheduling team to ensure scheduling best practice is followed at all times. You will also be responsible for administering and managing all documentation associated with this process, using the associated systems and including timesheet processes, and some financial duties relating to charging, payments for staff and freelance effort.

You will have exceptional organisation and planning skills and have a very high level of attention to detail. You will also need to be a great communicator, capable of delivering information in an accessible way, to a range of people. You will be able to work pragmatically and independently, resolving issues and finding solutions in a creative and timely manner. Finally, you will have the ability to work flexibly, in a fast-paced environment and be able to respond to situations quickly to accommodate changing needs.

The BBC is committed to redeploying employees seeking suitable alternative employment within the BBC for different reasons and they will be given priority consideration ahead of other applicants.
