Full Job Description

As the Resources Management Officer, you will be pivotal in strategically allocating staff to our ongoing projects across the EMEA region. Your expertise will enable you to determine personnel requirements, provide continuous support to Project Managers regarding staff resources, and collaborate closely with various multi-disciplined teams on resource management planning., Strategically assign available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.

Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.

Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.

Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.

Documenting processes and maintaining records.

The successful candidate will need to possess an extensive knowledge of resource allocation across an international business operation with varying requirements. Experience in planning staff resources, within a similar project-focused industry, would complement the role with the added benefit of being able to accurately assess resource needs and provide sufficient capacity to realize projects' goals., Ideally educated to a degree level in a relevant subject matter.

Experience in resource management is essential.

Exposure to project management, project planning or a similar environment would be desirable.

A post-secondary qualification in business management or finance would be advantageous in supporting the function.

Proficiency in human resources and project management software.

Experience in managing budgets and working with financial data.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

In-depth knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience with MS Power BI would also be useful.

In-depth knowledge of applicable labour laws across EMEA.

Due to the nature of the requirement, this position is available on a fixed-term contract basis with an estimated conclusion date of February 2026 and can be situated in any of the EMEA countries we operate in (Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, UK, Italy, Spain, or Lithuania).
