Full Job Description

Our Resourcing team is dedicated to attracting and selecting top talent, and we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Resourcing Administrator to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative support to our Resourcing Business Partners, helping to streamline recruitment processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience., As a Resourcing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the recruitment function. Working closely with Resourcing Business Partners, you will manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate candidate communications, schedule interviews, and handle other key administrative tasks. You will also manage the recruitment inbox and take on ad hoc responsibilities, playing a key role in ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment journey for both candidates and internal stakeholders.,

  • ATS Management: Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always up to date by entering and updating candidate information, job statuses, and interview stages.
  • Recruitment Inbox Management: Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate queries, forwarding emails to the correct team members, and ensuring timely communication with all candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and ensuring their questions are addressed promptly.
  • Interview Scheduling: Organise interviews, working closely with candidates and hiring managers to arrange suitable times, locations, and formats (in-person or virtual).
  • Offer Tracking: Track and report on the status of job offers, ensuring all parties are kept updated and following up with candidates as needed.
  • Candidate Feedback: Provide timely feedback to candidates after interviews, ensuring a professional and consistent experience for all applicants.
  • Candidate Experience: Contribute to creating a positive and seamless candidate experience by ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and professional.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to Resourcing Business Partners, including reporting, document management, and assisting with recruitment-related tasks and projects.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other ad hoc administrative duties, such as updating job descriptions, preparing recruitment materials, and supporting recruitment events.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant employment legislation and internal policies.

    Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment role is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and communications.
  • Ability to manage incoming communications, particularly through the recruitment inbox, and prioritse accordingly.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment platforms is beneficial.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing excellent candidate care.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
