As a Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for supporting our hiring managers and hotels in attracting, selecting and onboarding top talent to support the hotel and overall organisation's strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment plans, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, and timelines

Proactively sourcing candidates and assisting our hotels to screen resumes and applications

Produce recruitment metrics to track trends and provide insights into the hiring process, helping the business make informed decisions

Manage candidate expectations ensuring they receive an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong employer brand, attracting top talent to the organisation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in a fast-paced environment or high-volume recruitment environment

Experience in recruitment or human resources

Bachelor's degree and/or relevant recruitment certifications (e.g. CIPD)

Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools
