Full Job Description

We're on the look out for a Resourcing Advisor to join our team at M Group Services! This role can be based from anywhere within the UK (remote).
 
Within the role you'll be recruiting for volume (and some non-volume) roles within our Energy Retail team across the UK. You'll be supporting on niche roles from advert to on-boarding and will have the confidence and experience to support direct recruitment campaigns.

You’ll ensure that internal stakeholders are fully supported when they need to advertise a vacancy and keep the recruitment process moving and on track seeing it through to completion. You'll promote and uphold SLA’s to ensure we are providing an excellent candidate experience. 

Throughout the year you will have the chance to be involved in various projects, providing variety from the day-to-day job and this will allow you to collaborate with the wider business.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Recruiting for our Energy Retail business 
  • Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Keep our ATS (applicant tracking system) accurate and up-to-date by carefully maintaining all candidate information.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment email inbox and respond to candidate inquiries.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience of working within an in-house recruitment team or agency environment
  • Experience recruiting volume roles
  • Proactive and be able to ‘think outside of the box’
  • Capable of working under pressure & multi-tasking
  • Highly resilient
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Previous experience of dealing with confidential information such as employment contracts
