Full Job Description

Deal with general enquiries from managers, staff, visitors and the general public, taking and conveying messages appropriately.

General administrative duties filing, photocopying, faxing distribution, making up document packs as used in Recruitment, etc.

To receive, date stamp and sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for posting.

Provide an effective, efficient and confidential reception service.

Project a professional attitude and image to uphold the reputation of the Workforce and OD Directorate.

Maintenance of photocopying machines in relation to minor issues and contacting external company to organise repairs for other issues.

To assist team members in a specific caseload of advertising and recruitment activity, basic terms and conditions administration/advice and guidance. Duties will be in line with Standard Operating Procedures, performance management targets and NHS standards.
