As a Resourcing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in:

  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and providing excellent service to candidates.
  • Managing pre-employment checks, including DBS processing and reference collection.
  • Assisting with recruitment administration using systems like Trac and NHS Jobs.
  • Helping candidates and new employees navigate the recruitment process with ease.
