Full Job Description

As the Resourcing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right people attending the right training courses in the right places at the right time. You will be responsible for identifying training and development needs and working with the L&D Academy team to schedule training sessions to ensure the training calendar continually meets the evolving needs of our people. You will work in partnership with operational stakeholders in our care homes and our L&D Academy partners to use your strong organisational skills, problem solving abilities and commercial mindset to optimise the delivery of training. You'll be someone who knows how to design and implement a robust long-term plan for training delivery, but will also have the agility to reallocate resource at short notice to maximise course attendance while ensuring homes have required staffing to cover shifts etc. The role is based in our Support Centre in Harrogate with remote working on an ad-hoc occasional basis.

  • Excellent understanding of resource management and planning
  • Computer literate with the ability to navigate new systems quickly and efficiently
  • Strong problem solving skills - a creative proactive thinker continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and maximise value added outputs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

    Salary of £28,000 per annum
