That's because you'll be accountable for all our operational recruitment, and be a member of the Resourcing & Inclusion Leadership Team, helping us deliver a best in class recruitment service to the Society. About the Role This is a role about great relationships and an eye for talent. As Resourcing and Inclusion Lead you'll lead a team of specialists and work with a range Senior Leaders and key stakeholders across the business to deliver an efficient and highly effective hiring process. You'll own key relationships and take a proactive approach to your work, as well as act as a trusted advisor to the organisation when it comes to recruitment and resourcing. You'll promote best practice, challenge and help us deliver our strategy through the delivery of recruitment. You will build and maintain great external relationships with third party suppliers and proactively grow your network. You'll be committed to learning and bring the outside in to inform your work. It's not all just about recruitment though, you'll be part of the Resourcing & Inclusion Leadership Team, and work collaboratively with them to deliver effective propositions across talent attraction, management and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. You'll do this by taking the time to really understand both our resourcing and business strategy, and developing propositions and initiatives that help us deliver them. That means things like improving process, supporting and leading change and helping develop effective strategies that enable the Society to achieve its goals. The R&I Team work on a hybrid basis, which gives us gives us the flexibility of working in the office and at home. We'll discuss this in more detail through the process.
You'll be an experienced recruiter, either from agency or in-house, with proven experience of successfully managing contingent recruitment alongside managing a team. Alongside this, you'll need excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and be able to partner effectively at all levels of the organisation. You'll be passionate about change and delivering a great service to candidates, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Underpinning this will be your experience of converting business strategy into meaningful action and a track record of delivering process improvements and change. This is a dynamic role where you'll have conflicting priorities, so you'll need the ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively..
