You will work closely within the Sussex integrated care board, enriching the lives of our patients and communities, enabling a real change for the outcome of our patients. In addition, you should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to see the bigger picture and implement and monitor recruitment strategies, constantly seeking ways to enhance our processes We are looking for someone who can:

• Supervise and motivate a dynamic team to achieve excellence.
• Navigate the complexities of healthcare recruitment, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Embrace technology, from Microsoft packages, e-recruitment systems (TRAC) to HR software (ESR), contributing to a tech-forward workplace.
• Ability to analyse data to support improvements within our processes., Work as a dynamic, proactive and inclusive team manager using an influencing and supportive style to ensure the resourcing team operates effectively.
• Ensure that the service is portrayed in a positive, proactive, customer focused way.
• Support the Resourcing Operations Manager and Resourcing Partner to make on going improvements to service delivery and quality standards.
• Ensure high level engagement by building relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• With colleagues and external partners/customers develop and maintain clearly defined processes and standard operating procedures to help improve the performance of the resourcing service.
• Be responsible for planning the workload of the team based on a targeted approach, working with other colleagues to constantly review performance and operational delivery and manage resources accordingly.
• To support the development of the vision and strategy for the People plan.
• To contribute to Trust wide programmes Patient First Improvement System (PFIS) and associated improvement approaches.
