Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the established Resourcing Team as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant. Within this varied role you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service as you will be the first point of contact for the Resourcing Department for visitors and employees. For this role you will need to have excellent communication skills that will enable you to carry out duties to provide face to face, over the phone or email assistance, you will also be required to occasionally provide administrative support to the Resourcing Officers within the department.

  • Please note we are not eligible to sponsor for this post, You will be providing a high-quality support in the daily running of the department as an individual and team player. To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.
  • This will include; o Greeting Visitors and Employees when they come to the department o Creating access badges for new starters in the trust o Review and action electronic correspondence appropriately in the resourcing inbox o Word processing creating basic documents and completing factual references for internal and external staff members in line to the trust policy. o Data input, accurately inputting data using a variety of Trust IT systems in a timely way o Undertake filing, photocopying, scanning of documents as required o Answering the telephone and taking messages, dealing with them in a timely and efficient way and referring on as appropriate o Processing DBS rechecks o Receive and open incoming post and act as required o Monitor levels of stock items such as stationery and national recruitment literature ensuring that appropriate authorisation is received to ensure sufficient supplies are available to the team You will work alongside our Resourcing Support Officer and the team of Resourcing Officers to help you grow into this role.
