Resourcing and Recruitment Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the recruitment team as a Resourcing and Recruitment Assistant.

The post holder will ensure provision of an efficient and effective recruitment service in line with our recruitment policy. You will need to be customer orientated and a committed individual who enjoys providing a first class service to managers and candidates. This role will also involve international recruitment requirements across all disciplines within our organisation., Working in a busy environment as part of a supportive team you will manage high volume recruitment and associated administration activity. The role will involve working as part of a busy team, liaising with managers and candidates to ensure that all recruitment requirements are met. You will also be required to provide advice, guidance and administrative support for all international recruitment and associated issues.

The workload is varied and therefore your ability to prioritise your work with minimal supervision is essential. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are also paramount.
