  • Providing the recruitment service to a number of allocated divisions/directorates, acting as their key advisor on recruitment and
  • resourcing.
  • Working with recruiting managers to understand their resourcing needs, create, plan and deliver recruitment campaigns that enable the
  • attraction and timely recruitment of staff.
  • Helping to achieve high standards of service to ensure a good candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Overseeing compliance with all recruitment related documentation, checks and systems, supervising recruitment administrators to
  • ensure that recruitment processes run efficiently and effectively.     Candidates will need to possess previous experience of advising and supporting leaders and managers on all aspects of recruitment and selection, great communication skills and a passion for recruitment. This is a fixed term role for 12 Months. An on site presence is required for this role.
