Our RRK Ambassador will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for interacting with a diverse range of individuals. You should have the ability to de-escalate situations, problem-solve and resolve conflicts effectively, while maintaining composure under pressure. A genuine dedication to the well-being and success of children is essential, along with being a positive, enthusiastic team player who communicates with clarity and gravitas. As part of your role as RRK Ambassador, you will:
  • Be a visible presence around the school building, guiding students towards RRK excellence.
  • Forge productive relationships across the school, promoting a positive culture.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean and inspiring learning environment for all.
  • Act as a first responder in situations requiring first aid, safeguarding the well-being of our school community.
  • Play a vital role in our fire evacuation procedures as part of the Fire Warden team.
  • Assist the Admin Hub and other staff by de-escalating situations and effectively communicating any concerns involving members of the public who enter the school premises.
