Full Job Description

The Respiratory Specialist Nurse/physiotherapist will work within a multidisciplinary respiratory team in the community delivering a highly specialist respiratory services for patients with respiratory conditions, mostly chronic, i.e., COPD, ILD, Bronchiectasis and Respiratory Failure.
You will be part of a , experienced community respiratory team and will be supported by a team of Band 7's, Band 8a's and a Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist as well as Respiratory Consultants., Interview arrangements will be communicated via email so please check your email regularly following the closing date.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, flexible, and motivated person to be part of the Brent Respiratory Service. This exciting new role is at the heart of this dynamic, developing community-based team, in Brent. The successful candidate will be patient focussed, have an NHS background or commensurate skills, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The post holder will need to be a licenced car driver , be responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks and demonstrate leadership within their competence in delivering patient care independently. Successful candidates will have the confidence to carry out home visits and patient monitoring/ assessments in a variety of settings autonomously.
