CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services- CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting! Hours: 37.5 hours per week:-7 day working pattern(9am-5pm : including weekends) We are a friendly service, looking to expand and welcome applications from people who want to see what working in respiratory care in the community is like, or those with experience who want to further their career. We have the structure and support you need. We are a large community integrated respiratory specialist service, working 7 days a week, that will give you a range and depth not commonly found in the community. Each area has its own senior expert lead. We work very closely with our integrated partners, West Herts Hospitals Trust, where we share clinical medical leadership, and have joint pathways and governance. We offer a comprehensive induction and teaching programme for all new starters, irrespective of experience, and will support further education, attending courses / conferences and for some, working towards advanced practitioner as well as becoming an independent prescriber. We are a multidisciplinary respiratory team to deliver community respiratory service in West Hertfordshire 7 days a week, providing expert specialist care to patients with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis.
