Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, determined and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Respiratory Team in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. You will be actively encouraged to participate in CPD, research, and service development projects. You will also mentor and contribute to learning a development of junior staff, students including the wider MDT., In addition to the below summary you need to familiarize yourself with the full Job Description and Person Specification documents attached to this advert. You will also be part of a mandatory Respiratory On-call evening/overnight and weekend rota. The post holder will provide specialist advice, assessment and treatments to a range of Respiratory and other acute conditions. Excellent problems solving and communication skills are essential.
You should have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and make acute clinical and discharge based decisions effectively. You will be supported by experienced lead physiotherapists to refine your respiratory and leadership skills on all our acute units. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
