Respiratory Technician

Medical Imaging Partnership are looking for a Respiratory Technician to join the Community Spirometry service based at Brighton Diagnostic Treatment Centre. You will play a crucial role in providing direct patient car and supporting the medical team in delivering high quality healthcare services. This role holder will work within their professional boundaries under supervision of the site Registered Manager and in accordance with specific guidelines and protocols. We can accommodate full or part time hours, and can consider various flexible working patterns. We will also consider job shares.,

• Carry out a range of quality assured respiratory tests for the patients of MIP.
• Clearly explains the procedure and performs spirometry, use of inhalers and asthma testing.
• Administers bronchodilators.
• Plan and perform diagnostic assessments in accordance with national guidelines for spirometry.
