Full Job Description

As a Responsible Sourcing Lead you will support our global sourcing strategy delivering best in class suppliers and maximising data enabling the buying and merchandising teams to improve their KPI's. What you'll do:

  • Supporting the head of responsible sourcing to deliver the sourcing strategy
  • Understand current global markets and explore new opportunities ensuring sustainability is at the heart of all process.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships globally.
  • Coordinate with new suppliers on business processes, price of products and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Manage a central database and a suite of reports to track supplier performance including scorecards covering critical path management, BIM to NAM, lead times.
  • Ensure that the supplier management process is implemented and embedded successfully across the business, reporting progress and working cross functionally.
  • Work closely with the product teams to deliver key initiatives ensuring service is maximised and margins are met
  • Support and communicate our sustainability strategy with buying teams and supply base alongside sustainability team

    Degree level or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong excel and data management skills
  • Good understanding of global sourcing/procurement.
  • Good understanding of fabric and sustainability
  • Contacts and extensive experience with international suppliers and manufacturers; and good negotiation skills to get the best price and delivery schedule.

  • We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you're in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre.   • Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5-days. We don't have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
