Full Job Description
- Assess the organisation's current supply chain performance and lead in formulating a business response to the key issues.
- Define the plc targets and commitments for responsible sourcing and ensure they are met.
- Develop and manage the implementation of responsible sourcing strategy.
- responsible for ensuring the company is compliant with relevant supply chain legislation such as EU Deforestation Act, UK Forest Risk Commodities Act and future requirements such as CSRD and CSDDD.
- Influencing stakeholders to gain support for integrating sustainability into core procurement processes.
Knowledge and passion for Sustainability including subject matter expertise for relevant areas of the programme, for example ethical trade. - Experience managing or undertaking ethical audits (e.g. SMETA / BSCI)
- Responsible and ethical sourcing project management.
- Understanding of how Sustainability can add value to our business (to the customer, our team and shareholders). #LI1-MS

In this role, you will be accountable for managing and mitigating the commercial, legal and reputational risks associated with poor ethical and environmental supplier performance across our Group-wide global supply chain and accountable for assuring security of supply for the commodities our core brand offerings rely on, future proofing our business and product offering.
