Full Job Description
As a Responsive Care Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As the primary point of contact during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, you will support and monitor care delivery, ensuring that the dignity, rights, and independence of our clients are upheld. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming environment. NVQ3 in care or equivalent (desirable)
Experience of delivering good customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is approachable, honest and trustworthy. Seeks to encourage colleagues, service users and stakeholders.
Offers discretion and confidentiality at all times
Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables
Earns others' trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions
Ability to handle pressure and meeting tight deadlines
This role will work on a rota basis which will include weekends and bank holidays. A current full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential
